Science-led skin health, considered from the first consultation.
A team of qualified experienced specialists. For most people, it begins with skin, but doesn't have to end there.
Great skincare considers the whole person, not just skin.
How it looks and feels is often a reflection of what's happening elsewhere: hormonal health, sleep, stress, nutrition, recovery. Treating skin on its own only ever tells part of the story.
That's why Level 7 was built as a connected practice, not a single clinic room.
Every plan begins with a conversation, not a fixed menu. Whether the reason you're here is your skin, your hormones, recovery from surgery, or general health, you're met by a clinician with the time, and the wider team, to look at the full picture.
One team.
Five disciplines.
Every service at Level 7 is delivered by a qualified specialist, working within a shared philosophy: evidence-informed, considered, and focused on long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes.
Skin Health
Lifestyle Medicine
Consultation-led support for metabolic health, supplements, CGM monitoring, nutrition, sleep and the everyday factors that influence how your body, and your skin, actually function.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle, specialist therapy supporting lymphatic function, tissue recovery and comfort, whether you're recovering from surgery or supporting your body's natural balance day to day
Women's Health
Private, consultation-led care across hormonal health, reproductive health and life stage, from perimenopause and PCOS to contraception and cycle health.
Regenerative, protocol-driven treatment built around your skin's biology. Every plan starts with a consultation and is shaped around your skin, your goals and how you respond over time
GP Services
General practice support alongside our specialist team, including health assessment, guidance and referral into the right pathway when further investigation or ongoing care is needed.
Schedule a Free Consultation
Every treatment plan at Level 7 begins with a conversation.
Your complimentary consultation gives us time to understand your skin in detail, its history, its current condition, and your goals. From there, we build a personalised treatment plan and protocol, structured around your skin and how it responds over time.
This is not a sales appointment. It is the clinical foundation for everything that follows.
A team, not a single practitioner
Every clinician at Level 7 holds formal qualifications in their field and works within their own professional registration. The team meets regularly, shares clinical context, and works to one standard: considered, evidence-informed care, built for the long term rather than the quick fix.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Start with a complimentary consultation. You don't need to know which service or clinician is right for you beforehand, that's exactly what the consultation is for.
We'll talk through what's going on, whatever that is, and guide you towards the right person on the team, whether that's skin health, medical aesthetics, lymphatic drainage, lifestyle medicine, GP services, or women's health. If more than one specialism is relevant, our multidisciplinary approach means that care can be joined up rather than left to you to coordinate.
-
Level 7 is built on clinical training and a long-term skin health model, rather than quick cosmetic fixes. Every treatment plan is based on a proper understanding of your skin, not a fixed menu of services.
-
Yes. All treatments begin with a complimentary, in-person consultation. This allows us to understand your skin history, current condition, and goals, so we can build a treatment plan that's right for you.
-
Most treatments take around an hour, though we recommend allowing up to 1.5 hours in total for consultation, preparation, and time to settle afterwards. Some layered treatments may take longer. Exact timing is confirmed during your consultation.
-
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This reserves dedicated clinical time for you within the diary. Full details are available in our Booking Policy.

This depends on your skin and your goals, and will be discussed during your consultation. Results with treatments like microneedling are cumulative, built through structured courses rather than a single visit.
-
The Circle is our long-term skin health membership, combining treatment access with ongoing clinical oversight. It's designed for clients committed to consistent, considered skin health over time. You can read more on The Circle page.

MDT stands for multidisciplinary team.
At Level 7, it means your care isn't limited to one clinician or one specialism. Depending on your needs, your plan may draw on skin health, medical aesthetics, lymphatic drainage, lifestyle medicine, GP services, or women's health, all working together, with oversight across your treatment journey.
-
Skin health doesn't exist in isolation. Stress, sleep, hormones, and inflammation all show up in the skin, often before they show up anywhere else.
Lifestyle Medicine looks at these underlying factors directly, rather than only treating what's visible on the surface. It works alongside your skin treatments, not instead of them, so your plan addresses causes as well as symptoms.
You don't need to have a specific health concern to benefit. Many clients find that addressing sleep, stress, or lifestyle factors makes their skin treatments more effective, and their results easier to maintain over time.

Our Women's Health service covers hormone management, menopause support, and sexual and reproductive health. Consultations are led by our GP and women's health resource, and are treated with the same privacy and care as every appointment at Level 7.
Whatever you'd like to discuss, whether that's a specific concern or general guidance, the conversation is led by you, in a private, unhurried setting.
