Every clinician at Level 7 holds formal qualifications in their own field and works within their own professional registration. We work collaboratively, not in isolation, sharing clinical context so your care is coordinated rather than fragmented, whichever service brings you here.

Our Specialists

Emmie

Founder, Level 7 | Skin Rejuvenation Practitioner

Emmie Stewart is the founder of Level 7, a Level 7 qualified skin rejuvenation practitioner and an experienced business leader with more than 20 years in international manufacturing and engineering. She was recognised as a 42 Under 42 entrepreneur at 38 and led her previous business to win International Business of the Year in 2024.

Emmie combines her engineering background with cosmetic science to explore how skincare ingredients, formulations and treatments actually work — separating good science from good marketing. She runs The Level 7 Shelf, regularly updates the Level 7 blog and shares practical insight into ingredients, formulations and emerging skincare trends.

Clinically, Emmie is qualified in skin rejuvenation including microneedling, chemical peels and mesotherapy, with a focus on long-term skin health and intelligent treatment selection.

Emmie founded Level 7 around a belief in connected care and chairs communication across its multidisciplinary team, bringing independent practitioners together to support more considered, joined-up client outcomes.

Leah

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Leah is a Band 6 Registered Nurse specialising in nurse-led Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with a particular focus on post-operative recovery and ongoing maintenance.

Alongside her NHS role, Leah runs her own home-based MLD practice. Over the past 18 months she has built a strong and loyal client base, combining her nursing experience with a calm, considered and highly individual approach to care.

Within the Practice, Leah supports clients with post-operative MLD as well as those choosing regular lymphatic drainage as part of their longer-term maintenance and wellbeing. Her nursing background brings an additional clinical perspective to her work, with client safety, appropriate care and knowing when something sits outside the scope of MLD central to her approach.

Away from nursing, Leah loves Pilates, the occasional music festival in the park and a good matcha latte. She also has a son and a dog who keep her suitably busy.

Dr Sachin Sinha

GP & Lifestyle Medicine

Dr Sachin Sinha is an experienced GP with an extended role in Lifestyle Medicine, bringing together conventional medical practice with a broader understanding of the factors that influence our long-term health and wellbeing.

Alongside his medical qualifications, Dr Sinha holds a Diplomas in Nutrition and Fitness & Weight Loss and has a particular interest in metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, body composition and the relationship between our wider health and the skin.

Within the Practice, Dr Sinha supports our connected-care approach through individual consultations, helping clients explore areas such as nutrition, glucose patterns, sleep and lifestyle. He can also support the interpretation of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) data where appropriate, bringing medical insight to conversations that often extend beyond what is happening at the surface of the skin.

Away from medicine, Dr Sinha and his wife love to travel whenever they get the opportunity. He is a keen cook, plays the guitar and may — or may not — have a gaming room of his own.

GP & Women’s Health

Dr Nikita Utpat

Dr Nikita Utpat is an experienced GP with a specialist interest in Women’s Health, supporting women through the different stages and changes that can occur throughout their lives.

Her clinical interests include hormone health, perimenopause and menopause, contraception, sexual and reproductive health, PCOS, endometriosis and fibroids. Her approach is consultation-led, giving women the time and space to discuss symptoms, understand what may be happening and explore appropriate options for their care.

Within the Practice, Dr Utpat forms an important part of our connected-care approach, particularly where changes in skin, weight, energy, sleep or general wellbeing may sit alongside a wider hormonal or women’s health conversation.

Outside of medicine, Dr Utpat loves Indian dance, music and painting. She is also the very proud co-parent of Bronson — a much-loved, and rather smelly, pug.

Schedule a Free Consultation

Every treatment plan at Level 7 begins with a conversation.

Your complimentary consultation gives us time to understand your skin in detail, its history, its current condition, and your goals. From there, we build a personalised treatment plan and protocol, structured around your skin and how it responds over time.

This is not a sales appointment. It is the clinical foundation for everything that follows.
